- CASE MANAGEMENTCompensatory Education is a settlement agreement that is awarded to students with disabilities who go without an appropriate service for some period of time due to an inappropriate Individualized Education Program that doesn’t adequately meet his/her needs or because the IEP was not fully implemented by the school.
